Positive: I would like compliment to the Female Indian STaff who service us on 24 th sept 2025 i forgot to ask her name she is the one who assist to pay the bill she was very knowledgeable and friendly, I wanted to give her tips but unfortunately didn't bring my wallet , We had our dinner in Senja Restaurant at nite we spend almots about RM 1200 somethung .So please hire more staff like her so that your customer wil be happy . TQ hopefully this message can reach her
Negative: is just that outside our room have bunch of insect just Infront of our window.

Positive: The restaurants are nice and the food is very good. The room was massive and there was a good sized fridge, with tea and coffee facilities. Water and fruit were supplied. The staff are always very good; responsive, helpful and have a smile.
Negative: I had to ask for a hand towel after it stopped being supplied after day one, for some reason. The WiFi was not good until I spoke with the staff then miraculously became much better.
Summary: Always happy to stay here....
